Workout, eat, sleep

Hi everyone! I just got home from saturday morning swim practice, which means getting up at 6:45 and jumping into water at 8:00am! And I’m doing this voluntarily, at least most of the time! 😉

My injury is  getting better and I’m trying to use my legs again while I’m swimming, but at the moment this is almost more exhausting than swimming with the pullbouy between my legs! I can’t stretch my ankle to 100% which makes me doing an unusal movement which leads to a kramp. So I’m really fighting in the water right now!
The only thing I’ve done since I came home was eating and sleeping, I literally fall into my bed and fell asleep immediately. I guess my body isn’t used yet to  swimming 5-6 times a week + only using arms 😀
