Walk yourself into a better mood

After I heard the bad news about my injured ankle I had to do something to get into a better mood again! I already went to the gym in the morning, so I went for a bike ride in the afternoon. This really helped! It’s scientifically proven that working out helps you to get into a better mood, so if you’re upset just walk, run, dance, lift or jump and let the endorphins make you happy again! 🙂
