Hi! It’s the second day of our trainingscamp and everyone is still alive 😉 No, it’s not that hard, it’s to get used to everything again and for organising/planning the next season. In the morning we went for a 2h swim in a 17m (!) pool.. This. is. so. short! You dive almost the half of the pool, then you make a few armstrokes and then you already have to turn around 😀 After that we had lunch, went for a run and worked on our technique and after dinner we are going to have a crossfit workout! It’s really nice when it’s not that hard, when you aren’t that tired that you have to sleep after every workout and you can actually do something in between 😀
