28 Mrz Trainingscamp
Hi! Just came home from an awesome trainingscamp! 🙂
It was hard (what else?), but it was quite fun and we had some really good trainings sessions together.
Our usual day was: breakfast, swim, eat, powernap, bike, run, eat, sleep and this continued 4 days.
I’m quite happy with the trainings and no, this time I didn’t hurt myself 😉
