27 Nov Stay positive!
Hi! I am sorry, I’ve been quite busy the last couple of days. My brother and me moved to a new apartement, so there was a lot of work to do, building up Ikea furniture, cleaning, packing and so on. Then I had to study for my first real exam at the university and I was a little sick the over the weekend. Not that sick that I just could lay in bed, but my ears hurt (and they still do) and my throat, but I wan’t able to work out.
Anyway, I am so happy that I could move to a new apartement. After two years of living in a boarding school, 1 1/2 years in a students living community, where no one really knew what ‚clean up behind you‘ meant, I can finally live at my own peaceful place. I wasn’t quite happy the last couple of weeks, at least my friends told me that I looked differently, tired and not like myself. I could feel that I lost almost all of my ‚inner peace‘ and I got stressed very easily and wasn’t able to manage things in that easy way I used to do. We were really lucky that we found that apartement by chance! Even when I like to say: „There’s no coincidence, only the illusion of a coincidence!“ (-Alan Moore)
So what I want to say is, if you are not happy, you have to change something! We choose happiness, it’s a choice, not something that just happen to people who are lucky! People ask me: How can you always stay positive?
– Simple as that, I would not be able to manage anything, if I would be angry and mad at everything. Sure, there are bad days when I just want to cry, when I fail, when I struggle.. We have to fight through these days to know the worth of the good days!
I am reposting an old article about my positive thinking, just as a reminder for myself and everybody else who is struggling at the moment! 🙂
