28 Nov Starting the day green
Good morning beautiful people! I hope everyone is doing ok!
I am not sure if I am sick or not. I don’t have to lay in bed, but my ears still hurts a little. I went to practice yesterday, but only did strength training and didn’t swim afterwards because I was unsure about my ears. Today I almost feel worse, as if I’d catch a cold!
So I am starting my day with a green smoothie, to boost the immunesystem a little bit and to get some vitamins in!

This was made of:
- 1 handful baby spinach (you can’t taste it)
- 1 mango
- 1 handful frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 5 cm cucumber
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp Spirulina
Just put into the mixer and that was it! Have a nice day everybody! 🙂
