Run again

Good morning! I haven’t been running for 4 weeks, but today I tried it again! I only ran for 25 minutes in the meadow, because there’s a bigger damping than on the street. I ran slowly, watching my technique and did some gymnastics, to get the feeling back. I can still feel it, but it’s really getting better! It’s gonna be boring the next few times, running around the field in the meadow, but I’m really happy that I can run again! 🙂
