24 Sep Rise and shine
Hello beautiful world! I woke up tired and sore in my arms today, feeling tensed and still kinda down because I couldn’t do the admission test for the sports university (which is right now).
I felt so tensed, that I decided to go outside a little and stretch. I’ve always heard a lot good talking about yoga and the health benefits and how it reliefs stress and so on, but I was often too lazy and just did some simple stretching.. Today I didn’t want to be too lazy.
I went outside with my yoga mat and 45 minutes later, breathing and stretching, soaking up morning sunrays, focusing on the body and nothing else.. I felt amazing! I’m ready for the day now! 🙂
