01 Okt Immune system boost
Woke up today next to my love, but with a bad headache, not feeling quite well. Nooo, I just can’t get sick now! It’s my first day at university, so when I got home I made my own little immune system booster, perfect! 😉
Now I’m on my way to the university again, having swim practice after that and then I’ll just fall into a cosy bed so I’ll wake up healthy and lots of energy tomorrow! 🙂
Immune system booster:
• 1 banana
• 1 mango
• the juice of 1/2 freshly squeezed grapefruit
• the juice of 1 freshly squeezed orange
• the juice of 1/4 freshly squeezed lemon
• 1/3 cup water
Just put into the mixer and enjoy! 🙂
I topped mine with shredded coconut, bee pollen and goji berries.
