Hi! I woke up today feeling sick and tired. Oh no, I don’t want to be sick now! I could feel how I got weaker and weaker during the week, but I thought I was just tired of the training because I didn’t feel sick at all!

So no training for me today, I was just laying in my bed, watching movies and studying. Suddenly in the afternoon the sun came out behind all the rainy clouds, so I went for a short walk to get some fresh air. I’m already feeling much better, maybe my body was just really really tired and wanted to rest. Maybe I’m not used yet to swim 5-6 times a week (about 20-25km a week), when I used to swim 3-4 times (14-16km a week). So I’m letting my body rest today, hoping I’ll feel better tomorrow!
