01 Sep Chocolate mugcake with cheesecake filling!
Cake for breakfast? That’s healthy? Yes, this one is 😉
Recipe:
• 40g oats
• 1/2 banana
• 1 tbsp coconut flour
• 2 egg whites
• 2 tbsp greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp chocolate whey
• 1 tbsp cocoa
• 3 tbsp (Almond) milk
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• sweetener of choice
Mix with a handblender or mixer (oats will turn into flour), put one half into a greased mug (I used coconut oil), add 1 tsp cream cheese, 2 raspberries and some sweetener. Add the rest of the batter. Put a plastic foil on the mug and put into the microwave for 1:30 – 2:30min. Enjoy! 🙂
