27 Jun Healthy Bananabread
My last weeks experiment in the kitchen was a success! I was just too lazy to post the recipe here on my blog too, but it made me happy that some people already tried and liked it! (recipe from my IG)
I’ve made a bananabread once, but this time I wanted to create my own recipe and it turned out great! Super moist and yummy! So this is my recipe for a healthy walnut bananabread! 🙂
Recipe:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1dl eggwhites
- 1dl greek yogurt/quark
- 2dl coconut flour
- 1dl oat bran
- 4 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp honey (can use more or less)
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1/2 – 1dl milk
- 3dl grated walnuts
1dl = a little more than 1/3 cup
Mix the wet ingredients first, add the dry ones afterwards. The last thing I added were the grated walnuts and the milk, to be sure how much I’ll need! Put into the oven 175° Celsius and take a look after 30 minutes. I guess mine was ready in 40 minutes. Enjoy! 🙂
