Active living: Rolemodel Grandmum

You don’t have time for working out? You think you don’t have time to cook your own healthy meals and prefer fa(s)t food instead? Well, one day you have to make time for your illness!
An active and healthyliving isn’t that hard as it seems! I guess the best example and rolemodel for a healthylifestyle is my grandmum! She is almost 94 (!!) years old, but still so active. Up to the age of 90 she still took her bike to the town to shop her groceries. She never had a car, so she walked a lot too and always ate good food! Of course she isn’t that good in shape as she was, but when I turn 90 years old I wish I’ll be as good in shape as she is now!
