A smoothie a day, keeps the doctor away!

Yes, I know, an apple a day, keeps the doctor away, but why should I eat an apple when I can drink much more vitamins in once? I love smoothies, super refreshing, good carbs and don’t forget about the health benefits! You can mix lots of fruits however you want and I often like to start my day with a refreshing smoothie! 🙂

  •  1/2 banana
  •  3/4 orange
  •  2 dl raspberries
  •  1 dl pinapple pieces
  •  1 dl coconut water (or normal water)

optional:  1 handful goji berries
3 Tbsp shredded coconut
