Yes, I know, an apple a day, keeps the doctor away, but why should I eat an apple when I can drink much more vitamins in once? I love smoothies, super refreshing, good carbs and don’t forget about the health benefits! You can mix lots of fruits however you want and I often like to start my day with a refreshing smoothie! 🙂
This one turned out super yummy!
- 1/2 banana
- 3/4 orange
- 2 dl raspberries
- 1 dl pinapple pieces
- 1 dl coconut water (or normal water)
optional: 1 handful goji berries
3 Tbsp shredded coconut
